Benoit de le Clos du Prieur\u00e9 (immeuble le Montaigne) puis dans l&rsquo;enclos des Dames du Saint-Sacrement. D\u00e9rasement d&rsquo;un mur romain. Les vestiges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9enfouis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-blue-color\">Habitations<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1953-54, fouille de F. Benoit de le Clos du Prieur\u00e9 (immeuble le Montaigne) puis dans l&rsquo;enclos des Dames du Saint-Sacrement. Sol d&rsquo;une case, avec b\u00e9ton de chaux assis sur la tranche aras\u00e9e du rempart. Les vestiges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9enfouis. A 55 m \u00e0 l&rsquo;est du rempart, \u00ab\u00a0restes de construction au sol b\u00e9tonn\u00e9, avec canalisation du pierre. Les vestiges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9enfouis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-blue-color\">N\u00e9cropole<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1953-54, fouille de F. Benoit de le Clos du Prieur\u00e9 (immeuble le Montaigne) puis dans l&rsquo;enclos des Dames du Saint-Sacrement. A l&rsquo;est du rempart, \u00ab\u00a0presque pas de poterie. A fleur du niveau antique, quelques ossements de tr\u00e8s jeune enfant sous une mince lause\u00a0\u00bb. A l&rsquo;ouest \u00ab\u00a0C\u00e9ramique assez abondante tuile plate. Au m\u00eame niveau, ossements humains sous lauses de 2 \u00e0 3 cm de large. les vestiges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9enfouis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9but du XVII si\u00e8cle, trouvailles fortuites lors de travaux dans l&rsquo;\u00e9glise N-D de la Seds. D\u00e9couverte sous terre une grande quantit\u00e9 de tombeaux. Etat de conservation inconnu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1990, le Clos du Prieur\u00e9 (immeuble le Montaigne) puis dans l&rsquo;enclos des Dames du Saint-Sacrement.  Mise au jour, d&rsquo;un inhumation en sarcophage orient\u00e9 ouest-est. Une premi\u00e8re cuve servait de r\u00e9ceptacle au d\u00e9funt. Elle \u00e9tait couverte d&rsquo;une dalle bris\u00e9e elle-m\u00eame surmont\u00e9e d&rsquo;un deuxi\u00e8me sarcophage fragmentaire. On peut noter la d\u00e9couvertes d&rsquo;une inscription.
