Elle remplace la fontaine des Chevaux Marins d\u00e9truite en 1780 pour cr\u00e9er une voie d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur de la ville. Au sommet, trois statuts; la Justice sculpt\u00e9e par Ramu (vers le Cours Mirabeau), l&rsquo;Agriculture sculpt\u00e9e par Chabaud (vers Marseille), et les Beaux Arts sculpt\u00e9e pas Ferrat (vers Avignon).
